Prohibited Items

Payments

Access & Security
Customers are responsible for securing their storage unit with an appropriate lock.
While reasonable security measures, including CCTV monitoring, may be in place, Bluebook Self Storage is not responsible for loss or damage to stored items unless required by law.
Customer Responsibilities

Ensuring stored items are properly packed and secured
Maintaining accurate contact details
Using the storage facility safely and respectfully
Liability
Bluebook Self Storage is not liable for:
Loss or damage caused by events beyond our control
Damage resulting from improper packing or prohibited items
Business interruption or indirect losses
Customers are encouraged to arrange appropriate insurance for stored belongings.

Privacy
